<RecipeText>Verschiedene Kräuter: je nach Geschmack z.B Koriander, Petersilie, Dill usw.

Zubereitung:
Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch schälen und anschließend die Zwiebeln nicht zu fein Würfeln. In einer Schüssel beiseite stellen.
Anschließend die Paprikas enkernen und in ca. 1 cm große Würfel schneiden. Das Selbe mit den Tomaten tun, aber die Kerne der Tomate nicht entsorgen sondern in eine Seperate Schüssel geben.
Über die Tomatenkerne den Knoblauch pressen und die Gewürze (Chillipulver, Currypulver, Zimtpulver, Salz Pfeffer) hinzugeben und einmal durchrühren.
Die weißen und roten Bohnen getrennt in Siebe geben und mit kaltem Wasser abbrausen. Hinterher gut abtropfen lassen.
Das Butterschmalz in einen großen Topf heiß werden lassen und darin das Hackfleisch und die Zwiebeln anbraten. Sobald das Hackfleisch krümmelig geworden ist das Tomatenkerne-Gewürzgemisch hinzugeben und gut umrühren.
Die Bohnen, Paprika und Tomaten hinzugeben einmal umrühren und dann mit der Fleischbrühe ablöschen. Das ganze 10 Minuten köcheln lassen und anschließend die Zartbitterschokolade hinzugeben und solange rühren bis sie geschmolzen ist und sich gut verteilt hat!!
Zum Schluss das ganze abschmecken und in kleinen Schüssel oder Suppenteller servieren!!!
Zum Garnieren: Den Schmand mit der Zitrone verrühren und je einen Klecks von dem Schmand-Zitronen-Gemisch auf das Chilli geben. Anschließend je nach Geschmack Kräuter drüber streuen und servieren.
Schmeckt hervorragend zu Tortilliachips, Reis oder Brot
