Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

2 6oz packages | fresh baby spinach |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 8 oz package | cream cheese |
1 | garlic clove, chopped |
1 14oz can | artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
1/2 cup | shredded mozz, divided |
Microwave spinach in large bowl for 3 mins or until wilted. Drain well on paper towels. Chop spinach.
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add cream cheese and garlic and cook for 3-4 mins stirring constantly until cream cheese melts. Fold in spinach, artichokes, sour cream and 1/4 cup mozz. Stir until cheese melts.
Transfer to shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozz.
Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
