Avocado and King Prawn Salad with Andalucian Sauce

Peel and slice the avocado, sprinkle with lime juice to stop discoloring. Place salad leaves on plate. Arrange king prawns on salad. Cover with sauce. Arrange avocado slices on top. Decorate with some tomato concasse
