Spicy Beef and Black Bean Chili

1 pound | ground sirloin |
1 tablespoon 40% | less sodium taco seasoning |
1 15 oz can | whole kernel corn drained |
1 15 oz can | black beans undrained |
1 10 oz can | diced tomatoes |
green chilies drained | |
1 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilies undrained | |
1 cup | water |
1/2 teaspoon | black pepper |
6 tablespoon | reduced fat sour cream |
Chopped green onions or cilantro sprigs
Cook beef in a medium Dutch oven over medium high heat until browned stirring to crumble. Drain if necessary return beef to pan. Stir in taco seasoning and next 6 ingredients cover and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Ladle chili into bowls top with 1 tablespoon sour cream Garnish with green onions if desired yields 6 servings 1 cup
