4 | crushed Garlic Cloves |
3+ tablespoons Ketchup | |
1 tablespoon | BBQ Sauce |
1 Good tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
1/2 squeezed Lemon | |
Couple sprinkles | Soy Sauce |
Mix together and schmeer on roast (fat side up).
In bottom of roaster place 2 carrots, 2 celery and 1 sliced onion.
On top of roast add sliced onion schmeered with butter.
Broil roast to brown 10-15 minutes, no lid.
Take out of oven add at least 1 cup of water. Add 1 tablespoon of onion soup mix. Add 1 tablespoon chicken soup mix. Add 3 whole garlic cloves.
Cover tightly and cook at 350 for 1 hour. Baste at the hour then every half hour until done.
Taste gravy at each basting. Could need anything, salt ketchup.
Roast is done when fork goes in easily.
