BREAD Monkey bread cinnamon buns

In bread machine pan place | |
1 cup | warm milk |
3/4 cup | canned pumpkin |
2 T | butter softened |
1/4 c | sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | ginger |
1/4 tsp | cloves |
1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
4- 41/2 cups | flour |
2 tsp | yeast |
Select dough setting. Check dough after 5 minutes, add 1-2 T of water or flour if needed Well dough is mixing. Combine 1 cup butter | |
1 cup | brown sugar |
1 cup | dried cranberries |
1/4 c | pumpkin |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | ginger |
1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
1/4 tsp | cloves |
Remove from heat
When dough is done , turn onto lightly floured surface. Divide into 36 portions. shape into balls.
Arrange 1/2 balls in a greased 10 inch pan(fluted if possible. Cover with 1/2 sauce. Repeat, being sure to thoroughly coat the top layer with sauce.
Let rise until about doubled, about 30 minutes. preheat oven to 375. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
