    2 tbsp  Dijon mustard
    1 tsp  Sesame oil
    3 cloves  minced garlic
    1c.  Maple syrup
      Fresh ground pepper to taste
    1-1/2 lbs.  pork loin

Combine everything but the meat andirons very well.

Add meat and marinate overnight in fridge.

Remove meat and put marinade in stove-top safe pot. Simmer 5 minutes on med-low.

Preheat grill 5 minutes to med-low. Cook pork 15-25 minutes, turning frequently until mo longer pink in the center, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

Slice and drizzle with more sauce. Serve immediately.
