1) 1 TBS cornstarch 2) 1/2 tsp. sugar 3) 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon 4) dash of pepper 5) 1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
    1/2 cup  water, 4 1/2 tsp lemon juice
In small bowl , combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir in water & lemon juice; set aside.
    1/2 lb  uncooked shrimp peeled & deveined
    1 TBS  canola oil
    3/4 cup  sliced celery
    1/2 cup  green & red peppers cut into strips
    1 cup  sliced fresh mushrooms
    3/4 cup  fresh sugar snap peas
    1-3  green onions, sliced
    1 cup  cooked rice

In a large wok , stir fry shrimp in oil 1-2 min. or until no longer pink. Remove shrimp w/slotted spoon & keep warm. In same pan stir fry celery & peppers for 2 min. Add mushrooms,sugar snap peas & onions; stir fry for 3-4 min. Or until vegetables are tender- crisp.

Stir cornstarch mixture and add to stir-fry. Bring to boil; cook & sir for 2 min or until thickened. Add shrimp; heat through. Serve with rice. 2 servings
