    8 oz  Tri-Color Rotini Pasta, (2 3/4 cups dry pasta)
    1/2 cup  Olive Oil
    1 TBS  lemon zest
    1/4 cup  fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1/2 tsp  pepper
    1 pint  grape tomatoes, cut into halves
    1/2 lb  fresh mozzarella, (pearl size @ Heinen's)
    1/3 cup  chopped red onion
    1/4 cup  fresh basil leaves, chopped

Cook pasta. Combine olive oil,lemon zest,lemon juice,salt & pepper whisk together until well blended. Add pasta & toss. Add tomatoes,mozzarella,onion
and basil toss lightly. Cover & chill. 4-6 servings
