Asian Beef with Snow Peas

3 tbs | soy sauce |
2 tbs | rice wine vinegar |
1 tbs | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cornstarch |
2 tbs | vegetable oil |
1 tbs | minced ginger |
1 tbs | minced garlic |
1 lb | beef round steak cut into thin strips |
8 oz | snow peas |
In a bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside. Heat oil In a wok. Stir fry ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add steak and cook until brown. Add snow peas and soy sauce mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens.
