Pasta Fagioli (crockpot)

| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1/2 | onion, chopped |
| 1 | carrot, chopped |
| 2 stalks | celery, chopped |
| 1 (28 oz) can | diced tomatoes, undrained |
| 1 (16 oz) can | kidney beans, drained |
| 15 oz | beef stock |
| 1 1/2 tsp | oregano |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| 2 1/2 tsp | parsley |
| 10 oz | jar spaghetti sauce |
| 4 oz | pasta |
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet
Drain fat and add beef to crockpot with everything except pasta
Cook on Low for 7 hours or on High for 4 hours
If cooking on Low, add pasta and cook for another 1 hour
If cooking on High, add pasta and cook for another 1/2 hour
