Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray.
Fill with anything you want broccoli, ham, bacon, chicken carrots, onion etc.
Mix approx. 1 egg per muffin with splash of milk in blender.
Pour into tin. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Can be stored in fridge for 3-4 days, microwave to heat.
