MUFFINS and loaves Banana loaf

| 1/4 c | melted butter |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 c | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/2 c | flour |
Mash banana with a fork. Stir in other Inge.. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hr at 325 degrees F.
