Jalapeño Dip (Olivia Noland's Recipe)

The dip is 2 bricks cream cheese, 1/2c mayo, 1 jalapeño seeded (depending on how hot you want it), 1/2 cup cheddar jack cheese, 1/2 cup red bell pepper, 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, 3/4-1 cup green onion. Mix it all in a bowl. Top with shredded Parmesan and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
