Lemon-Pepper Asparaus

2 Tbs | olive oil |
1 Tbs | balsamic vinegar |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
2 tsp | lemon-pepper seasoning |
1 1/2 lbs | asparagus |
2 Tbs | chopped fresh parsley |
Heat grill.
In bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice and lemon-pepper seasoning; add asparagus; toss gently to coat.
Grill asparagus 5 min or until tender, turning occasionally; reserve any remaining lemon dressing.
Arrange asparagus on serving plater. Drizzle with reserved lemon dressing. Garnish with lemon slice and lemon zest, if desired.
