Stuffed flank steak

Stuffing mix | |
1.5 pound | flank steak, pounded thin |
1 jar | brown gravy |
1/4 cup | burgundy wine |
apple juice, alternative | |
1 | minced garlic clove |
2 tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
Make stuffing, spoon onto steak leaving space for rolling. Roll from long edge, secure with toothpicks. Place seam side down in pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over steak. Bake 1 hour at 350
