Mettre 1 litre d&apos;eau avec 2 c. à café de gros sel dans le bol.
Eplucher, laver et couper les pommes de terre en cubes. Détailler les brocolis en petits bouquets. Laver et émincer les champignons.
Mettre les pommes de terre dans le panier, les brocolis dans le Varoma et les champignons sur le plateau. Superposer l&apos;ensemble et programmer 30 mn, Varoma, vit. 1.

Préchauffer le four à 200°.
A la fin de la cuisson, disposer les légumes dans un plat à gratin beurré.
Vider l&apos;eau du bol, mettre l&apos;oignon coupé en deux dans le bol. Mixer 5 sec., vit. 5. Ajouter l&apos;huile d&apos;olive, règler 4 mn, 100°, vit. 1.
A la sonnerie, ajouter les tomates coupées en deux et mixer 5 sec., vit. 5. Saler, poivrer, ajouter la crème fraîche, règler 3 min, 100°, vit. 1.
Verser ce mélange sur les légumes, saupoudrer de basilic et de fromage râpé.
Faire gratiner 20 min au four.
