Baked Zuchinni Fries

* preheat oven to 400 degrees | |
1 c. | breadcrumbs |
2 tsp. | dried minced onion |
1/2 tbsp. | garlic powder |
1 tbsp. | dried basil |
1 tbsp. | dried oregano |
1/2 tbsp. | salt |
2 tsp. | pepper |
2 medium | zuchinni |
2 | whole eggs |
2 tbsp. | milk |
Directions:
- mix together the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make breadcrumbs
- slice the zuchinni into sticks
- in a shallow dish spread out the breadcrumbs
- toss the zuchinni slices in the egg and milk mixture then toss in the breadsrumbs until evenly coated
- spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and arrange the zuchinni in a single layer then spray with cooking spray
- bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through
