<RecipeText>Préchauffer le four à 220°C (th.7). Dans une terrine, verser la farine, 1 cuillerée à café de sel et la levure. Mélanger. Ajouter l’eau progressivement en travaillant la pâte à la spatule afin d’obtenir une boule. Etaler la pâte à la main et la déposer sur une plaque de four recouverte d’une feuille de cuisson.

Mélanger le fromage blanc et la crème. Saler, poivrer.

Etaler le fromage blanc sur la pâte puis répartir les oignons et le bacon. Enfourner 15 minutes. Servir aussitôt.
