<RecipeText>2	Cups	Rotini or Penne Pasta
1	LB.	Lean or Extra-Lean Ground Beef
1	Med.	Onion, chopped
1	Cup	Sliced Mushrooms
1/2	Cup Each	Sweet red and green Peppers (diced)
2	Cloves	Garlic (minced)
1	12 Oz.Jar	Favourite Sauce
1	Cup	Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 	Cup	Chopped pitted kalamata Olives
2	T.	Prepared Basil Pesto

Method:
Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain and set aside.  
Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion, mushrooms
peppers and garlic for 8-10 minutes or until meat is cooked thorough and any liquid
has evaporated.
Remove from heat and stir in pasta sauce, half the mozzarella, feta, olives, pesto and
cooked pasta.  Stir well to coat.
Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
Tent loosely with foil and bake in 350 Degree oven for 25 minutes.  Uncover and cook
for an additional 5 minutes.</RecipeText>
