Mexican Lasagna

12 corn tortillas cut in 1/2 | |
1 can | enchilada sauce |
1 can | black beans drained &rinsed |
1 8 oz can | tomato sauce |
1/2 cup | cilantro finely chopped |
1/2 cup | onion finely chopped |
1 clove | garlic finely chopped |
8 oz bag | shredded cheddar cheese |
2 Tblspn Masa or 1 ground tortilla
1 or 2 boiled chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken.
Sauté onions, cilantro, garlic until translucent. Add beans, corn, tomato sauce, Masa to thicken. Spoon mixture into 9x9 baking dish, layer tortillas, cheese, chicken and a little enchilada sauce. Cheese and enchilada sauce. Bake 20-30 minutes.
