| Cooking ingredients: | |
| 1 lb | Ground beef |
| chicken, alternative | |
| 1 cup | water |
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1 cup | cheese grated |
1. Brown ground beef about 10 min. Drain fat. Add spices, water and milk. Simmer about 15-20 min. Stir in cheese before serving.
