Creamy cheesy potatoes

| 5-6 potatoes for a 9x13 pan |
Make 1/4 inch slices, cut into thin fries. Season with salt & pepper. Place evenly in pan. Use 1 pint whipping cream top potatoes with at least 2 c grated cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover with foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Place in oven. Bake at 400 for 1 hr or til tender. The last 20 minutes place on bottom oven rack to brown bottom of potatoes
