Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Veal or Chicken, cut up
2 Lbs. Pork, cut up
Marinade veal/chicken and pork in 2 separate dishes overnight.
Marinade:
1 Pint Oil (Enough to coat but not cover)
1 Pint Dry White Wine
Lots Salt, Pepper, garlic salt and onion salt
Refrigerate overnight
Alternate Veal/Chicken and Pork on skewers. Roll in flour and dip in 2 beaten
eggs.
Roll in bread crumbs with salt and pepper added. Mash crumbs into the meat
well.
Fry in about 1 inch of oil about 4 Minutes on each side.
Stand upright in small roaster. Bake at 350 Degrees F. with lid on for 30
Minutes. Remove lid and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
