    5  egg
    250 g  sugar
    1  lemon
    250 g  hazelnuts or almonds, grated
    250 g  carrot
    1 tsp  cinnamon
    50 g  flour
      cake decoration, carrots and other

Cream together egg yolks, lemon rind and sugar. Peel and grate the carrots, fold in the eggs with the hazelnuts. Add flour and cinnamon.
Fold in the stiff egg whites. Fill the dough into spring form. Bake for 60 minutes at 190ÂșC.
