Pizza dough 2&1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp  brown sugar
1&1/2 cups warm h20
    1 tsp  salt
    2 tbsp  olive oil

3&1/3 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in h20 with brown sugar and let rest x 10 mins. Stir salt and olive oil into yeast mixture then add to flour. Knead until no longer sticky. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise til doubled about 1 hr. punch down dough and form into a tight ball. Relax dough for a couple minutes ant then roll out
