Cool and add yeast (dissolved as directed on package). blend egg, and add gradually flour. mix wel. cover and let stand for 15 minutes. roll out dough on foured board to an 18  12&quot; rectangle. Spread with butter. Spread sugar and cinnamon mixture on top. roll as for jelly roll. cut into 1&quot; slices and placein greased 12 x 9 x 2&quot; pan. let rise in warm place till doubled in bulk (about 1 hour) bake in a moderate over 275 deg F for 20 -25 min.
