Biroks (cabbage buns)

1.5 lbs | ground beef & pork combo |
3 | large onions, chopped |
1 | med. head cabbage, chopped |
Salt & Pepper to taste | |
Bun dough |
Fry meat onions and seasoning. When meat is nearly cooked, add cabbage. Continue cooking and stiring till meat is brown and
cabbage is cooked. Cool.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Cut into 4" squares. Place 1 heaping Tbsp. or more into centre of each square. Pinch corners and sides of
filled dough together. Place seam side down onto greased pan leaving space to spread. Brush top with oil or margerine.
Bake @ 425 deg F for 15 - 25 min.
