Baked Sweet Potatoes

Scrub potatoes and bake about 1 hour in 350 deg F oven. When cooked, remove pulp, mash and add salt, peper and butter.
Place in greased baking dish, re-heat, then spread mini-marshmallows on top and brown in oven.
Serve hot.
