Potato bacon casserole

4 c | frozen shredded hash brown |
1/2 c | finely chopped onion |
8 oz | bacon cooked and crumbled |
1 c | shredded mild cheddar cheese |
1 can | evaporated milk, (12 oz) |
1 large | egg lightly beaten |
1-1/2 tsp | seasoning salt |
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8- inch square baking dish. Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 cheese in prepared baking dish. Repeat layers. Combine milk, egg and seasoning blend in small bowl. Pour over potato mixture evenly. Bake for 55-60 minutes covered. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
