Preheat Oven 350 Grease loaf pan with coconut oil | |
8 oz | mushroom, sliced |
Sauté in sauce pan with 1-3 Tbsp water Optional to lightly grease pan 1st Cook 6-8 min Put in lg bowl | |
1/2 c | water |
1 3/4 c | Garbanzo beans |
3/4 c | oats |
Blend in food processor until smooth Add to lg bowl Add remaining ingredients to bowl | |
1/2 c | parsley, chopped |
2 c | cooked quinoa |
1 c | Frozen peas |
10 dun dried tomatoes soaked & chopped | |
1/2 | red onion, chopped |
Salt | |
pepper |
Stir to combine
Press into loaf pan
Bake 60-75 min
Rest 10 min before cutting & serving
