<RecipeText>Préparation:
Écrasez les crackers en miettes et mélangez-les au beurre fondu
Tapissez-en le fond de deux petits cercles individuels en métal
Tassez bien puis mettez-les au frais
Dans un grand bol, mélangez le fromage frais avec la crème fraîche, luf, le jus de citron, les 3/4 du saumon fumé coupé en petits morceaux et la ciboulette ciselée.
Versez cette préparation sur le fond de pâte et cuire 25 min
Laissez les cheesecakes refroidir puis placez au réfrigérateur 4 h
Démoulez puis ajoutez juste avant de servir le reste de saumon fumé coupé en morceaux.
