<RecipeText>in a wide mouth pan take some oil add dried red chillies 2-3 then add mustard seeds then add cumin seeds when they splutter add chopped onions now keep the flame med after mixing add coconut powder say abt 2-3tbsp n fry. we will cook on med flame as we dont wana brown the onions just saute them
add green chillies, salt, chopped curry leaves, add turmeric, when onions turn slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste, 1-2 tsp coriander powder, and 1tbsp of curd
cook till the mixture gets dried and oil starts coming out then add chilli powder and add the shrimp.
cook on a slow flame till moisture escapes n shrimps are cooked. i used pre cooked shrimps which come frozen so didnt have to cook much but still the water shud evaporate n the oil shud come out.when its almost ready sprinkle pepper powder and squeeze lime juice on it n garnish with coriander leaves. we dont get it here so i didnt add coriander leaves.
