| Frozen pie crust, prick all over and lightly brown @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes | |
| 3 | tomatoes, thinly sliced and salted to remove water |
| 3 cloves | minced garlic |
| ¼ c | chopped fresh basil |
| ½ cup | shredded cheddar |
| ½ cup | shredded mozzarella |
| ¼ cup | mayonnaise |
Cool crust after browning
Layer tomatoes, garlic, basil cheddar, and mozzarella
On last layer, before sprinkling toppings, spread mayo thinly across top. Sprinkle remaining toppings and bake 30 min @ 350 deg.
Serve warm or cold.
