| 1 large | chopped onion |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1 lb | ground turkey |
| 2 T | chili powder |
| 1 1/2 t | red pepper |
| 1 can | diced tomatoes |
| 1 cup | tomato sauce |
| 3 cans | red kidney beans |
Cook onion, garlic and turkey in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer
