    1 tsp  salt
    1 tsp  paprika
    1 tsp  chili powder
    1/2 tsp  ground cumin
    1/8 tsp  cayenne
    4 lb  bone-in pork shoulder, cut into 3 pieces and trimmed of all visible fat
    1  onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 C  brown sugar
    1/2 C  ketchup
    1/3 C  cider vinegar
    1/4 C  tomato paste
    1/4 C  water
    2 tbsp  mustard
    2 tbsp  worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp  hot-pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS Mix salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Rub all over pork. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and discard bone. Cool 10 minutes. Using forks, shred pork. Combine with sauce from cooker. NUTRITIONAL FACTS PER SERVING CALORIES 282.1 CAL
