| LIPTON MEATLOAF | |
| 1 env. | onion soup mix |
| 2 lbs. | ground beef |
| 1 1/2 c. | soft bread crumbs |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3/4 c. | water |
| 1/3 c. | catsup |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done.
I measure 1/4 cup catsup and add enough BBQ sauce to equal 1/3 cup instead of using 1/3 cup catsup. After meatloaf in cooked I pour some gravy over it and drizzle a ribbon of BBQ sauce over the length of it.
