HH Grace's Cheesecake ILYVM

1 large | can milnot chilled overnight |
1 large | pkg philadelphia cream cheese |
1 | pkg lemon jello |
1 c | sugar |
1/2 c | boiling water |
1 c | graham crackers, crushed |
1 can | of crushed pineapple, drained saving juice |
Mix jello with 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup pineapple juice. Set in the fridge to chill. Crush graham crackers in plastic bag with a rolling pin until fine like a dust. Line pan with graham cracker dust reserving a handful of dust for topping. Put cream cheese in a bowl with sugar and let sit. Cream the cheese and sugar when at room temp. Whip milnot, then whip in the cream cheese and sugar mixture. Add pineapple and jello and pour into glass rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with a dusting of graham cracker crumbs. Chill. Serves 8
