2 | eggs |
1/2 c | sugar |
6 tbsp | oil |
3 cups | hot water |
4 c | flour |
2 tbsp | yeast |
1 tsp | salt |
3 cups | flour |
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and hot water until whitish.
In mixer, use bread hook and add above, flour and yeast and salt on top of flour. Beat together and then add 3 more cups of flour, one at a time. Punch dough. If sticky add up to one more cup flour until not sticky. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a cloth and let rise 15 minutes. Punch down and cover for another 15 minutes . Shape dough into buns on a greased sheet. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Check after 12 minutes so they don't get too brown.
