<RecipeText>1. Preheat oven to 375 f. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Make a well.
2. Add next 5 ingredients to well. Stir until moistened. Spread evenly in a greased 9x9 pan. Bake for 22 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
3. Meanwhile combine second amount of sour cream and chips. Microwave stirring every 30 secs until chocolate is melted spread over cake. Cut into 16 piece. Per piece: 189 cals 9 g fat 25 carbs 1 g fibre 2 G protein
