To Get Started:
•Preheat oven to 350.
• Wash tomatoes
• Dice tomatoes
• Pick basil and slice thinly
• Throw tomatoes into a pyrex dish with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
•Put timer on for an hr or wait untill browned.
• Take the bread and cut the crust off, butter both sides. Make them into 2 in squares or triangles, your choice.
• Once the tomatoes are done cooking take them out and start assembling your own pannini.
• Cook on the griddle until crispy.
