Saucy Stovetop Patties

| 1 large | egg |
| 1/2 cup | bread crumbs |
| 1/4 cup | onion |
| 1 tsp. | Montreal steak spice |
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 2 tsp. | cooking oil |
| 1 cup | sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1 cup | beef broth |
| 1 tbsp. | flour |
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add beef. Mix well and form 4 patties. Shape 1/2 inch thick.
3. Heat oil in frying pan. Add patties. Cook for 3 min each side til brown.transfer to plate
4. Reduce heat to med and add mushrooms. Cook until brown about 4 min
5. Stir flour and broth til mixed. Slowly add to mushrooms. Reduce heat to med-low. Add patties. Turn until coated. Simmer about 5 min. Serves 4. 311 cals each
