3 lb. | ground pork |
3 | potatoes cubed |
1 large | onion |
3 cloves | garlic minced |
1/4 tsp. | cinnamon |
1/8 tsp. | cloves |
1/4 tsp. | celery salt |
1/4 tsp. | pepper |
1/4 tsp. | sage |
1 tsp. | salt |
1. Cook all ingredients in a heavy pot for 3 hours at a simmer. Remove all excess fat and cool completely. Place in unbaked pastry shells and bake at 350 f for 1 hour. Great frozen and reheated
