NUTS - Roasted Pecans

2 pounds | pecan halves |
3 tablespoons | fresh thyme, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | fresh rosemary, finely chopped |
10 tablespoons | butter, melted and cooled |
4 teaspoons | sea salt |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place nuts in large bowl. Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Add butter and mix until coated. Add salt and stir again.
Spread in single layer on large, rimmed baking sheets. Bake to 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool on pans for 15 minutes on cooling rack. Transfer to paper towels to cool completely. Freezes easily.
Makes about 4 gifts.
