Warm Wild Rice Salad

2 cups | cooked rice., (One cup each white and wild) |
Chop the following: | |
1 | carrot |
1 medium | onion |
1 stalk | celery |
1 | red pepper |
3 T | butter |
Add: | |
3/4 cup | frozen peas |
Cook rice
Sauté chopped vegetables in butter
Add peas and stir in rice to blend.
Top with fresh parsley
Serve warm
