2. T yeast
3. T flour
Stir until mixed set aside.
Mix the following:

Add yeast mixture
Add to water/egg mixture beating with a mixer.
Continue adding flour 1 Cup at a time.
You will use approximately 7-8 Cups in all.

For the first 2 or 3 Cups you will be able to use mixer after dough gets to

When you have dough at the right consistency grease lid with lard and place on bowl. Burp until you have all air is removed!

Punch down with greased hands place back in bowl with lid on and let rise again until lid pops off (approx. 30 minutes)

Form into buns and place on greased cookie sheets or greased muffin tins
Place back into oven with light on and covered with a towel and let rise approximately 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Place in 350 oven and bake 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
This Recipie is very good and is dam near foolproof.
