1Package (Large) | Spinach squeezed well to remove all the liquid. |
1 Small | chopped onion |
1 | Chopped Kale |
1bunch | green onions,, (fresh) |
1/2 Bunch | fresh regular parsley |
1-8 ounce | cream Cheese |
1/2 pound | Greek Feta Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste. |
1Package | FILO Pastry |
In olive oil, sauté onion and kale, add 4 beaten eggs.
In a 9 X 13 pan put 8 layers FILO Pastry, each brushed with melted butter.
Spread over with spinach filling (about 3/4 inch thick)
Continue with 7 layers of FILO pastries brushed with melted butter between layers.
Cut in squares the desired size. Sprinkle with water before baking. Bake at 350degrees for 45-60 minutes.
