Pasta mit Schinken-Sahne Sosse***

| 1 | Zwiebel |
| 200 ml | Crème fraîche |
| 200 g | Kochschinken |
| 3 EL | Tomatenmark |
Die Zwiebeln in Würfel schneiden und anschwitzen. Mit der Sahne ablöschen, die Creme fraîche dazugeben.
Den Schinken in Würfel schneiden und zur Soße geben. Nun das Tomatenmark unterrühren. Alles 2 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.
Notiz: auch ohne Tomatenmark gut!
