| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
| 1/2 large | red onion |
| 1 lb. | ground turkey |
| 2 cans | black beans |
| 1 large can | pinto beans |
| 1 can | kidney beans |
| 2 cans | rotel spicy diced tomatos |
| 1 large can | crushed tomatoes |
| 1 can | pumpkin |
| 1 large can | tomato juice |
| 3 T | chili powder |
| 1 1/2 T | Cumin |
| 1 T | Garlic salt |
| Black pepper | |
| Salt to taste | |
Serves 10 hungry ppl.
Simmer tip brown first 3 ingred. Strain and rinse beans, then combine to turkey mix. Add next 4 ingred. Spice it up. Simmer til ready to serve.
The crush tomatoes make it good I think:)
