1 C | Cheddar cheese, grated |

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients together. Fill each ramekin almost to the top with the mixture.
3. Place the ramekins in a water bath: Set them into a large baking pan and place the ?pan on a rack in the middle of the oven. Pour in boiling water to about half the ?height of the cups. Carefully slide in the rack and close the oven.
4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the soufflés are brown. Remove the ramekins from the water bath and serve them hot.
